Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase. Receipt required to return in-person purchases. Refunds will be credited to the original payment source. Store credit may be offered on returns in which customer does not present receipt. Item(s) must be in original condition. For online purchases, customer must pay return shipping, and refund will be processed upon store's receipt of goods. Sales on consigned items are final and may not be returned or exchanged. Crooked Letter reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange for damaged or used merchandise.
